Additional Delivery Charges

Delivery Appointment and Signature

Upon arrival at the delivery terminal, the freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time frame to avoid potential fees for missed deliveries.

Before signing for delivery, carefully inspect all delivered boxes and note any discrepancies or damage on the bill of lading (delivery receipt). Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may result in the purchaser assuming responsibility for any subsequent damage claims.

Digital photographs of any damage or defects are required to facilitate the claims process. Minor damages will be repaired to first-quality standards by a professional technician, while severely damaged items will be replaced.

Defective Items

Fees and Deductions

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
