Additional Delivery Charges

Delivery Appointment and Signature

Upon arrival at the delivery terminal, the freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time frame to avoid potential fees for missed deliveries.

Digital photographs of any damage or defects are required to facilitate the claims process. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
