Unless otherwise specified, shipping is curbside delivery. Residential deliveries include lift-gate service, enabling items to be lowered to ground level. Please note that delivery personnel are not authorized to enter your home or office.
Additional Delivery Charges

Delivery Appointment and Signature
Upon arrival at the delivery terminal, the freight carrier will schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time frame to avoid potential fees for missed deliveries.

Before signing for delivery, carefully inspect all delivered boxes and note any discrepancies or damage on the bill of lading (delivery receipt). Failure to report damages at the time of delivery may result in the purchaser assuming responsibility for any subsequent damage claims.

SofaFair.com assumes responsibility for restoration or replacement costs associated with damages noted on the bill of lading. Digital photographs of any damage or defects are required to facilitate the claims process. Minor damages will be repaired to first-quality standards by a professional technician, while severely damaged items will be replaced.
Defective Items
In the event of factory defects, SofaFair.com will cover restoration or replacement costs at no expense to the purchaser. Please notify us promptly if you encounter any issues with your shipment.

Fees and Deductions
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The following scenarios may result in an additional deductions from your refund:
- For partial returns of orders with package discounts, the discount will be void, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
