Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this period for a refund, provided it meets the criteria outlined below.

Requirements for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Items must not be assembled or modified in any way.
  4. Items must be shipped back to us fully insured using a trackable shipping method at your expense.

Fees and Deductions

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus applicable return shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The following scenarios may result in an additional deductions from your refund:

  1. For partial returns of orders with package discounts, the discount will be void, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

  2. Missing parts or accessories from the original packaging may result in a fee deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Special Order".
  • Assembled items (unless written exception is provided by SofaFair.com).
  • Gift cards.

You can initiate a return or exchange by sending an email to info@sofafair.com with the order details / reason of the return / supportive documents (images or video) for any damage of the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring fees. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees.
